PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Air Force Lt. Col. Idona Henry, a Tampa Bay Vocational Technical High School graduate and Tampa, Florida, native, was promoted to the rank of Colonel on November 1.

Henry is a health care administrator in the medical service corps serving with Navy Medicine East at Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Virginia.
