Pawtucket native earns Senior Civilian of the Year
Christopher Wiggs, from Pawtucket, Rhode Island, recently earned Senior Civilian of the Year while serving with Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads Northwest. Giggs is a food service officer who retired from the U.S. Navy after 26 years of service.
