Some of his achievements include; developing a charter framework for a new special Expeditionary Product Team, serving as the Command Emergency Management Coordinator throughout the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the leader and coordinator for potential emergency construction in Somalia.
Lt. Roster routinely and consistently demonstrates the high standards and unimpeachable integrity expected of a naval officer and a Seabee, and has made significant and lasting contributions to the Navy mission Europe, Africa and Central Command Areas of Responsibility.
"I am honored to receive this award and will remain forever grateful for the dedication and mission focus of the Expeditionary Projects Team," said Roster. “Without them, these achievements would not be possible."
