Union Native Promoted to U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Lt. Cmdr. David Madison, a Larry A. Ryle High School graduate and Union, Kentucky, native was recently promoted to U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. serving with Information Warfare Training Command (IWTC) Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Madison joined the Navy in 2007 and is currently the instructor and department head at IWTC Virginia Beach, Virginia.

IWTC Virginia Beach provides a continuum of information warfare training to Navy and joint service personnel that prepares them to conduct information warfare across the full spectrum of military operations.

IWTC is one of four commands for the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT), a learning center for Naval Education and Training Command. They provide a continuum of information warfare training to Navy and joint service personnel that prepares them to conduct information warfare across the full spectrum of military operations.
