MILLINGTON, Tenn. – Sailors provide the Navy the nation needs from around the world. This means they do not always get to celebrate holidays with their loved ones.
Petty Officer 2nd Class Neya Allen, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, currently serves in the United States Navy aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt, an aircraft carrier operating out of San Diego, California.
“The holidays are about family and love," said Allen.
Allen wants family back home to know they are missed this holiday season.
"Thank you for everything that you have done, thank you for pushing me and helping me overcome every obstacle," added Allen. "I love you dearly."
